In a large bowl mix to combine mayonnaise, yogurt, basil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Add chicken, walnuts and celery until all ingredients are well combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve on a bed of baby spinach, your favorite lettuce, or on whole grain bread.
