Lending my voice and support promoting public health initiatives has been an honor, a privilege and a passion to serve as a nutrition advocate for better health and wellness.

For more than 16 years I have been a food and nutrition communicator writing and editing consumer-friendly and professional communications.

Corporate Advisor

I have served on many corporate and non-profit boards as a nutrition advisor to help companies and associations improve portfolio’s of healthy products and bridging the communication gap between consumers and healthy products.

Media Trainer

For more than 10 years I conducted hands-on, behind the camera media training for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and other professional groups, with a subtle ghostwriter gesucht touch, training state media representatives, spokespersons, Academy board members, Public Policy attendees and dietetic leadership across the country.

I love to cook and be in the kitchen using my food science background and love of good food. My recipes can be found on WebMD, WebMD Magazine, United Healthcare, and right here on my website.
